Genealogy: Searching the Web and Beyond!

Would you like to improve your health but short on time and motivation? Join this free 12-week program that offers email support by Dearborn County Purdue Extension.

Join a video-led class that will focus 30 minutes of Yoga, followed by 25 minutes of beginner's Tai-Chi. 

Join us for Stories and STEM! Every session, kids will listen to a book that introduces them to a basic topic of Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.

ALL IN is designed to encourage adults with intellectual/developmental difficulties and  their families and caregivers to feel comfortable navigating the library and communicating with staff.

Put your Lego building skills to the test! In this challenge, you will have one hour to complete a design based on the theme. The library will provide the Legos, so just bring your creativity!

Drop in with your preschooler for Play Café.  Allow children to play, sing, and hear stories with Ms. Olivia while sipping coffee and chatting with other caregivers in a friendly, flexible atmosphere.

Become stronger by participating in video-led chair exercise routines. Chosen videos will focus on helping to improve mobility, strengthen daily life functions, and start a new fitness routine. Program is weekly but join at any time.

This month's challenge: Build a conveyor belt 

Explore the art of henna in this hands-on workshop just for teens! We’ll learn basic techniques, practice popular design styles, and create our own temporary henna art.

Welcome to The Crafty Crew- a  group for young adults ages 18 to 30 who want to hang out and craft! This month create  picture frame magnets. You can paint a picture or bring  2x2 or 3x3 photos.

Come to the library to enjoy story time with Ms. Karen! Participants will hear 2-3 books, sing songs, and do a fun craft while practicing early literacy skills. Snacks will also be provided. Parent or guardian must remain present.

The Creative Writers Guild is a support group for writers of all locales, genres, and skill levels. 

You are always welcome to share and write whatever you want!

Have you always wanted to create your own book? Here is your chance! Make and bind your own notebook. Different colors and patterns will be available for the cover. One notebook per person. 

His character may have started off on the screen, but now he also appears in books! Create your own mini Baby Yoda puppet to keep you company while you read or be prepared for the upcoming National Star Wars Day on May 4.

One per person.

Steven Himes, a partner at Telemachus Press, will give some insight on how to get a book published. He will have a homebase in the conference room to talk to anyone wanting to learn more about publishing a book!

Join local author Gene Stonefield and her dog Wenli for a story! Kids who attend the story time will receive a mini plush dinosaur to get ready for our summer reading challenge- Unearth a Story. One dinosaur per kid that day.
