LPLD Board Meeting

Calling all adventurers! Join us on Tuesday evenings from 5 to 8 PM for 5th Edition Dungeons and Dragons. Welcome to new players and veterans alike! We offer a friendly, low-pressure environment for anyone who wants to play D&D.

Many everyday cleaning products contain harsh chemicals that can impact our health and indoor air quality.

Drop in with your preschooler for Play Café.  Allow children to play, sing, and hear stories with Ms. Olivia while sipping coffee and chatting with other caregivers in a friendly, flexible atmosphere.

Become stronger by participating in video-led chair exercise routines. Chosen videos will focus on helping to improve mobility, strengthen daily life functions, and start a new fitness routine. Program is weekly but join at any time.

Come to the library to enjoy story time with Ms. Karen! Participants will hear 2-3 books, sing songs, and do a fun craft while practicing early literacy skills. Snacks will also be provided. Parent or guardian must remain present.

Join us for Teen Homeschool Hangout, a fun and relaxed space for homeschool teens to connect! Enjoy snacks, play video games on our Wii or Xbox, explore our collection of board games, or simply read and study while socializing with peers.

Create your own patriotic paper pinwheel! A limited number of take and make kits will be available, while supplies last. 

Join us for a delightful community event this May - a free Plant and Seed Swap! Bring your surplus plants, seeds, and gardening tools to exchange with fellow green thumbs.

Are you 18-30? Are you looking to read and discuss books with people your age? Do you love sweets? Then the “Bookies” New Adult Book Club is for you!

Put your Lego building skills to the test! In this challenge, you will have one hour to complete a design based on the theme. The library will provide the Legos, so just bring your creativity!

Test your Lego skills at the library with a building challenge! Participants will be given a theme and one hour to design and build a creation based on the theme.
