Join a video-led class that will focus 30 minutes of Yoga, followed by 25 minutes of beginner's Tai-Chi. 

Tai chi: Slow, flowing movements that will improve balance, muscle strength, flexibility, and mental well-being. "Light as a feather, gentle as a breeze...."

 Fitness waiver must be signed before joining.
