Join us for Stories and STEM! Every session, kids will listen to a book that introduces them to a basic topic of Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics. Then, they will have an opportunity to experiment with what they've learned by doing related activities. Recommended for preschool-aged children, but younger and older children are welcome! Registration requested.
Session 4: Mathematics with Everyday Shapes
I spy with my little eye... a triangle! In this session, we’ll read City Shapes by Diana Murray and then practice identifying the geometric shapes that are hidden in everyday objects. We'll also assemble shape puzzles.
