Join Purdue Extension, Marcia Parcell, as she hosts and teaches a variety of cooking classes. This is a hands-on program; participants will learn recipes and create dishes to take home or create at home.
June: Meals for Busy Schedules Have you been asked that difficult question? What’s for dinner? Life is busy. You feel better, when you know the answer to difficult questions. Come learn tips and strategies to have heart, healthy meals on the busiest of days.
August : Appetizers and Healthy Snacks Everyone needs a snack or appetizer once in a while. Not all appetizers and snacks are created equal. Learn ways to make appetizers and snacks fun and nutritious!
October: Soups On! What kind of soup should I have? Soups can be made with a variety of vegetables, grains, and/or meats. Do you know your favorite combination to make soup?
December: Dinner Rolls, Cinnamon Rolls, and More with Yeast Yeast can be used in simple ways or more complex processes. Do you want dinner or cinnamon rolls that rival name brands? It is possible! Come learn about using yeast to make compliments to meals that will earn you compliments from your meal guests.
