Crime can happen anywhere, and sometimes it can hit too close to home. Join us in taking a look back on two past Dearborn County murder cases- the Lightfield/Tidwell murder case and the Wells murder. In 1991, Matt Lightfield died three days after being shot while he was sleeping in a Lawrenceburg apartment. But before he died, he gave a statement to police- resulting in felony charges against Loren Wayne Tidwell. A year later, Vanessa Wells was trying to make a bank deposit for Ponderosa, where she worked, when she was murdered.
