Jenny Flannery of Integrative Healing Touch will present a program on “brushing the meridians,” an easy and effective way for stress relief and easing joint pain.

It is a whole body technique that uses light touch on the meridians- pathways of energy used in Traditional Chinese Medicine- useful for stress reduction and re-centering.

The methos is called “the Scudder Technique.” It utilizes light brushing of the hands over meridians or energy points on the body. 

You can attend the class to learn how on yourself or bring your partner or a friend to practice together.
