Program Description

Joseph Cooper is the founder of the Indiana Storm Chaser's Convention. He is from central Indiana and is a storm chaser of 17 years. He has chased all over the Plains, Dixie Alley, and the Midwest. Joseph studied Meteorology at The College of DuPage and Mississippi State University. He is also a Co-Owner and Consulting Meteorologist at tdsweather.com.
