Find Your Calm: Please join us for a training on Meditation; Why we do it, different ways to do it, how to do it, and when (and where) to do it.  Together, we will embark on a journey toward self-discovery and inner harmony.  In a world full of FOMO and shiny object syndrome distractions, this training will lead you toward a life of being more mindful, balanced, and present. This training will teach you how to quiet your mind, increase awareness, and even has the potential to bring you profound insights.  Meet me at the Library, where we will explore the amazing benefits meditation offers, and travel down the path of holistic well-being.
