Meditation is known for creating clarity, increasing one's ability to focus, and so much more. In this session led by Cherie Dawn Haas, learn simple ways to practice meditation, including time to reflect in a journal (provided by the library, or bring your own).
Cherie Dawn is an author with over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, including Elemental Yoga Therapy. She teaches throughout Greater Cincinnati.
