Kids in grades 3-5 can join us at the library for book discussions, activities, crafts, and fun. This time we will be talking about Flora and Ulysses by Kate DiCamillo. Please stop by the library to get a copy of the book so you can read it prior to the meeting. An imaginative and creative 10-year-old cynic never could have predicted that her little squirrel would be born anew as a superhero and have the uncanny knack for helping her and the lovable but broken people in her life. The group will be led by LPLD’s Children's Programmer Meredith. A book-related snack is planned. Come to see the exciting book-related craft/activity we came up with for this fun book.
There is no cost for students, but registration is required. Limit 10.
