The Ewbank Meeting Room is the largest room available at the library. It includes a kitchen counter, refrigerator, microwave, and access to public restrooms. It has an outside door which allows access to extend beyond library closing time.
Equipment
The Ewbank Meeting Room includes a mounted 75” Smart TV, a mounted 36” Smart TV. You may also request laptops, conference microphones, a wide-angle webcam, and other equipment when making your room reservation. Seating
There are 20 rectangular tables and 66 chairs set up for immediate use in the Ewbank Meeting Room. You are responsible for setting up and returning the room to the standard room configuration. You will need to return all extra tables and extra chairs to the storage area before leaving.
