The Dunevant Meeting Room is a medium-size room available at the library. It includes access to public restrooms. It has an outside door and is available after the library closes.
Equipment
The Dunevant Meeting Room includes tables, chairs, and a whiteboard. You may also request conference microphones, a wide-angle webcam, and other equipment when making your room reservation. Please note that some of these items may require additional time to set up.
Seating
There are 6-8 rectangular tables and 12-16 chairs available for use in the Dunevant Room. You are responsible for setting up and returning the room to the standard room configuration. You will need to return all extra tables and extra chairs to the storage area before leaving.
