The Conference Room is a small room available at the library. It includes a table, 4 chairs, and a whiteboard. It has does not have an outside door.
Hours of Use: Meeting Rooms are available only during library hours. Groups meeting in interior spaces with no direct exit to the outside must conclude their meeting prior to the closing hour.
Equipment
The Conference Room does not include additional equipment, but you may request conference microphones, dry erase markers, and other equipment when making your room reservation.

Seating
There are only 4 chairs available for use in the Conference Room. You are responsible for setting up and returning the room to the standard room configuration. You will need to return all extra tables and extra chairs to the storage area before leaving.
