Take a mindful pause this season. Join us for a guided meditation designed to ease holiday stress and restore your sense of calm. In this session led by Cherie Dawn Haas, learn simple ways to practice meditation.

There will be time before and after the program to reflect in a journal (provided by the library, or bring your own). You can arrive as early as 6 p.m., but must leave before the library closes at 8 p.m.

We have received interest in making this a monthly program in 2026! If you cannot make it to this session, but would like to meet with others to meditate and/or journal in 2026, email Denise at dfreitagburdette@lpld.lib.in.us


Cherie Dawn is an author with over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, including Elemental Yoga Therapy. She teaches throughout Greater Cincinnati.
