Grab a friend or two and join us for a Friendship Tea in the courtyard (or inside if the weather is bad.) Hillforest Victorian House Museum, Aurora, Director Cliff Thies will give a presentation on Hillforest and let us use some teas sets for the party. Carisa Bunten, owner of Seventh Street Gifts, Newport, Ky., will give a presentation on tea and will offer a choice of drink for the day- classic Chinese black tea, jasmine green tea or a white hibiscus tangerine. Guests also will be given a tea sample to take home. Some treats to enjoy with your tea also will be served. After the presentations, you are welcome to stick around to talk with friends- old and new! The event is more suitable for teens and adults.
