New spice or herb featured each month. Program presented via Lawrenceburg Public Library District YouTube page. Register to pick up a sample, everyone can view the video starting at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 24, on YouTube. You will be notified by email when your sample is ready to be picked up.
February is elderberry. Elderberry brings a robust flavor and color to accompany it's reputed health benefits. Teas, syrups, gummies and jelly are some of the adventures in flavor that will be covered with February's kit. Each kit will include an ounce of certified organic dried elderberries and numerous recipes. Presented by Carisa Bunten of Seventh Street Gifts.
