Program Description
Get ready for the Color Our World summer reading challenge with this special kick-off event! No registration needed.
Join the Lawrenceburg Public Library District for a family adventure night at the Greendale Cabin and let's celebrate our colorful community with activities for all ages.
The Cincinnati Museum Center will present the exploration station Coral: A Colorful Community. Learn what coral is, where it lives, what it eats and how it protects itself.
Then help us create a Community Canvas - Dandelion Wishes by helping us add some colorful dots on an artwork we hope to display in the community or at the library.
You also will have the chance Color Your Own Buttons, make Colorful Friendship Bracelets and Model Magic Magnets, plus a Newspaper Shark Craft.
This also will be the last event where you can pick up a special bracelet for the Summer Reading Challenge in June and July. Usually when you attend a summer program you receive one chance ticket for a prize. If you wear the bracelet to one of the programs, you will receive two chance tickets! And it changes color in the sun.
